I reached out to Katherine and her team as I had tried absolutely everything to try and control/discipline my 4 year old daughter. She was completely out of control and did not respond to any discipline we tried to implement. She was becoming increasingly aggressive/violent to both myself and my husband, and her older sister. Katherine was so lovely and reassuring when we had the first chat on the phone to see if her services would be suitable for us.
The cost was a huge debate for us, but we finally decided to invest in our family/family life and book Charlotte.
As strange as it sounds Charlotte did not feel like a stranger in our house. It was probably the most stressful 3/4 days of my life, trying to take on and implement the changes Charlotte was helping us with. Charlotte ate meals with us, and joined in our daily routine. We still have challenging behaviour from Anna occasionally however on the whole she has transformed into a happy, nice child again. She doesn’t appear angry anymore, and when she does occasionally lash out, we now have the tools/techniques to deal with this.

Charlotte and Katherine have kept in touch to see how we are getting on and to see if we need any further help/support. The lasting results include my daughter going to bed nicely and sleeping all night!! (still can’t believe this, previously she was up shouting multiple times per night). We eat meals nicely together, and I now do not feel like I am walking on eggshells or waiting on a meltdown when out and about. The girls seem much happier in their routines and respect us more now the boundaries have been reset. Spending time with the kids has become enjoyable again, and we are no longer battling with them for control.
It has probably been the best money we have ever spent. I would 100% recommend.
